Elizabeth McKinney

Elizabeth McKinney serves as our Client Service Specialist at Gray Private Wealth, where she plays an instrumental role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Her responsibilities include managing client communications, fielding client requests, and assisting with onboarding new clients, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and commitment to excellence. She works closely with the Portfolio Managers to address client inquiries, process transactions, and manage the account documentation process.

Before joining Gray Private Wealth, Elizabeth honed her client service expertise at First Republic Bank, and then at JPMorgan Chase as a Client Experience Specialist, where she developed a deep understanding of financial services and client relationship management. She earned her degree from Bay State College, building a foundation for her career in the financial industry.

Her commitment to providing exceptional service, combined with her warm personality and attention to detail, allows her to deliver the Power of More® to Gray Private Wealth clients.
