Jennifer plays a vital role by managing the daily Internal Accounting and Bookkeeping for Gray Private Wealth, through record keeping, financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, among other key tasks that maintain the continued financial wellness of the firm. She also supports the Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing the comprehensive compliance program and annual reporting. This includes reviewing, enhancing, and maintaining policies and procedures to keep up with regulatory changes, as well as assisting in compiling accurate and timely compliance reports for regulatory filings. These efforts ensure that team members are aware of, understand, and abide by the Compliance Policy and Supervisory Procedures.

Prior to joining Gray Private Wealth, Jennifer held positions at several financial service firms, including Boston Financial Data Services, Guardian Life Insurance Company, and Brookline Bank. Her roles in Account Management and Client Services involved building and fostering strong relationships, client resolution, and project management. These essential skills proved beneficial as she advanced in analytical, managerial, and supportive roles. Jennifer brings to the firm a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and first-class client service.
